MOQs vary depending on product category, raw material availability and container format. For disinfectants based on common active ingredients the typical minimum quantity is 50–100 liters of finished product. For cleaning agents and industrial cleaners: from approx. 100–200 kg depending on formulation complexity and format.

For CLP-classified hygiene products - disinfectants based on alcohol, chlorine or quaternary ammonium, concentrated cleaners, corrosive formulations - an SDS in accordance with REACH Art. 31 is mandatory for commercial customers. Avoria GmbH prepares SDS for produced batches on request.

Yes, subject to compliance with the regulatory requirements. Virucidal disinfectants are biocidal products of product type 4 (PT4) under BPR 528/2012. The claim "virucidal" on the label is tied to the EN 14476 approval of the active ingredient used. Avoria GmbH handles production, filling and CLP-compliant documentation - the biocidal product authorization lies with the client as the entity placing the product on the market.

The batch record documents: analytical incoming result for raw materials (active ingredient, excipients), manufacturing record with batch number, filling date, fill quantity record with tolerance verification. For products subject to biocide requirements: CLP classification note, SDS reference, active ingredient concentration finding. For ADR-classified products: dangerous goods packaging certificate.

Avoria GmbH tests incoming active ingredient raw materials by GC-MS identity testing before processing. For finished goods where proof of active ingredient content is required on the CoA (e.g. isopropanol concentration 70% for IPA disinfectants), we carry out quantitative GC analyses on request.

BPR 528/2012 governs the placing on the market and the authorization of biocidal products in the EU - these include disinfectants and certain cleaning and protective agents. Avoria GmbH produces as a contract manufacturer - the biocidal product authorization and the responsibility for BPR conformity lie with the client as the entity placing the product on the market.
