Which flavorings and flavor products
does Avoria GmbH produce?
Five flavoring categories in contract filling - from food and baking flavorings through to e-liquid flavorings and industrial flavorings - with GC-MS analysis and complete documentation in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1334/2008 as standard scope of delivery.
Food flavorings
For beverages, confectionery, dairy products, baked goods and convenience food. Avoria formulates and fills flavoring concentrates in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1334/2008. The declaration category (natural flavoring, flavoring extract) is documented in the batch record.
Flavour Drops
Sugar-free, low-calorie flavoring concentrates in dispenser or pipette format. Avoria produces Flavour Drops in a glass bottle or PET with a dosing pipette. LMIV-compliant ingredient list from actual formulation data as standard scope of delivery.
Baking flavorings
Thermostable flavoring formulations for baking processes up to 180 °C. Avoria formulates baking flavorings on the basis of thermostable carrier matrices and tests the heat stability as part of the release process.
E-liquid and vaping flavorings
Flavoring concentrates for manufacturers of e-cigarettes and vaping products in a PG/VG base. For nicotine-containing e-liquids, TPD 2014/40/EU applies with ingredient restrictions and notification obligations.
Industrial and technical flavorings
For cosmetics, household care products, candles and technical cleaning agents. LMIV and Regulation (EC) 1334/2008 do not apply - instead CLP 1272/2008/GHS for labeling. GHS classification as standard.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions on flavorings contract filling
The key answers on MOQs, "natural flavoring" declaration and GC-MS analyses - quick and direct.
A short conversation is sometimes faster than any form.
Call now →MOQs vary depending on the flavoring category and raw material availability. For food flavorings on common raw material bases, the typical minimum quantity is 5–10 kg of finished product. For Flavour Drops in dispenser format: from approx. 500–1,000 units depending on the format.
Under Regulation (EC) 1334/2008, a flavoring may only be declared as "natural [X] flavoring" if at least 95% of the characteristic flavoring component originates from the named source. A synthetically produced flavoring substance may never be declared as "natural". Avoria GmbH documents the raw material category and origin of every batch in the batch record.
GHS-classified flavoring concentrates - flammable liquids, substances with an aspiration hazard - require an SDS for commercial buyers under REACH Art. 31. Diluted food flavorings below the CLP thresholds do not require an SDS. Avoria GmbH prepares SDS for produced batches on request.
Food flavorings are raw material concentrates in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1334/2008 - for further processing, not for direct consumption. Flavour Drops are consumable direct-application products: fully kitted, precisely dosed. Flavorings as a raw material require an SDS; Flavour Drops as a food require full LMIV labeling.
The batch record documents: GC-MS identity testing of the raw material, raw material CoA, manufacturing record with batch number, filling date, fill quantity record with tolerance evidence. For food flavorings: the declaration basis in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1334/2008. For GHS-classified concentrates: SDS reference and CLP classification note.
Yes. GC-MS identity tests are standard for every raw material receipt - independent of the supplier CoA. For finished goods analyses (purity evidence, component profile) we carry out in-depth GC-MS analyses in our own laboratory on request.
