Five CBD product categories in contract manufacturing - from full-spectrum oils to EU-compliant cosmetics - with GC-MS THC verification and complete batch documentation as standard scope of delivery.
CBD oils and tinctures
Concentrations from low to high dose in full-spectrum, broad-spectrum or isolate formulations, filled into glass bottles with pipette, dropper bottles or roll-on formats. GC-MS THC verification per batch.
CBD capsules and softgels
Hard capsules for powder and granulate formulations as well as soft capsules for oil-based CBD formulations. Food supplement classification applies; NemV and EU Directive 2002/46/EG must be complied with.
CBD cosmetics
CBD creams, serums, body lotions and lip care under the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009. Laboratory analysis from the batch as the basis for CPSR and CPNP notification.
CBD E-Liquids
Nicotine-free and nicotine-containing CBD liquids. Nicotine-containing formats are subject to TPD 2014/40/EU with a notification obligation to the DKFZ. Avoria has many years of e-liquid production experience.

In Germany, CBD from cannabis extract is classified as novel food (EU 2015/2283) - EU authorization is required before placing on the market. Avoria advises on the regulatory classification and manufactures on a secured legal basis.

The method separates CBD, CBG, CBDA and THC with the resolution required for regulatory documentation. The result is documented in the batch record and handed over to the client as a formal test report - with method, instrument calibration status, sample reference and measured value.
Avoria GmbH manufactures five CBD product categories: CBD oils and tinctures (full spectrum, broad spectrum or isolate), CBD capsules and softgels (hard and soft capsules), CBD cosmetics (creams, serums, body lotions in accordance with EU 1223/2009), CBD e-liquids (nicotine-free or with nicotine in accordance with TPD 2014/40/EU) as well as CBD food supplements (in accordance with the Novel Food Regulation EU 2015/2283).
Standard scope of delivery for every CBD batch: batch record (traceable for all production steps), GC-MS test report with THC content and certificate of conformity. This set of documents forms the basis for food authority inspections, trade partner audits and CPNP notifications for cosmetics.
Yes. Avoria GmbH takes over the complete product development for CBD formulations - from the briefing through formulation development, pilot batch and stability testing to the handover to series production. Anyone starting without an existing formulation receives a new development according to specification. Development and production run at the same site in Roßtal.
Yes. CBD cosmetics are produced under the EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009. Avoria GmbH manufactures CBD creams, serums, body lotions and lip care and supplies the laboratory analysis required for the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) from the production batch.
Minimum order quantities vary by product category. For CBD oils the minimum quantity is usually 500–1,000 units per concentration level. For capsules the MOQ depends on capsule size and specification. We do not produce individual samples.
