Which chemicals does
Avoria GmbH fill?
Five chemical categories in contract filling - CLP-compliant with GHS labeling, SDS according to REACH and ADR transport documentation as standard scope of delivery - from 100 ml to IBC.
Propylene glycol (PG)
1,2-propanediol in volumes from 100 ml to 25-liter canisters. Complete batch record and CoA as standard scope of delivery. Used as a base raw material in cosmetics, food processing and industrial applications.
Glycerin (E422)
Humectant in food-related and cosmetic applications. Batch testing for food status (E422): identity and purity in our in-house laboratory before batch release.
Ethanol (technical / pharmaceutical)
Broad spectrum of industrial applications: cleaning agent formulations, disinfectant bases, extraction processes. Concentration and intended use determine the CLP hazard class and the labeling requirements.
Nicotine (B2B, commercial)
Processed according to TPD requirements and the applicable GHS classification. Strictly restricted to B2B - Avoria does not supply end consumers. Minimum order quantities and proof of buyer status are checked before order acceptance.
Industrial solvents & specialty chemicals
Assessed on a project basis. Substance class, field of use, target concentration and packaging format determine feasibility and documentation requirements.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions on chemicals contract filling
The most important answers on substances, CLP compliance, minimum quantities and certifications - fast and direct.
A short conversation is sometimes faster than any form.
Call now →Propylene glycol (PG), glycerin (E422), ethanol (technical / pharmaceutical), nicotine (B2B commercial), industrial solvents and specialty chemicals subject to CLP classification. New substance classes are assessed on a project basis - tell us the substance, concentration and target volume for a confirmation.
Yes. Avoria GmbH applies the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 for hazard classification, GHS labeling with correct pictograms and H/P statements as well as REACH-compliant SDS documentation to all chemicals contract filling projects. GHS-compliant labeling is an integral part of the contract filling service.
Minimum order quantities vary by substance and format - typically from 200–500 units or 50–200 kg per batch for liquid chemicals. For initial orders and sampling, smaller test batches are possible by arrangement.
Standard lead time: 5–15 working days from order confirmation, depending on raw material availability and batch size. Delivery after production is completed: 24–48 hours. Projects with new substance classes may require initial assessment work, a GHS classification review and SDS preparation.
Via the contact form, with the substance name (IUPAC or common name), CAS number, target concentration, required volume and packaging format. Avoria GmbH confirms the scope, documentation requirements and lead time in its first reply.
GHS labeling is a standard component - not an additional service. Avoria GmbH applies the correct hazard pictograms (GHS01 - GHS09), signal word (Warning/Danger), H statements and P statements based on the CLP classification. Labels are produced according to the artwork template released by the customer.
Avoria GmbH is externally certified to ISO 9001:2015 and operated according to HACCP principles. Relevant for chemicals contract filling: CLP-compliant production process, REACH-compliant documentation, ADR-compliant packaging and shipping preparation.
