Our approach
How we work
Contract filling is more than filling a container. Product data, packaging, fill quantity, material supply, labeling, documentation, minimum quantity and economic feasibility are decisive.
That is why we first assess every inquiry in a structured way. We clarify whether execution makes sense internally, through existing structures or through a suitable partner company. This avoids unrealistic quotes and creates a clean basis for production.
For customers this means: one contact person, clear project communication and an honest feasibility assessment – before time and budget run in the wrong direction.
Request project quoteOur positioning
Filling partner for businesses
We see ourselves as a filling partner for companies that want to execute products professionally. Not every project needs the same production structure.
A 10 ml bottle with a pipette has different requirements than a 500 ml oil container, a sachet, a tube, a technical cleaner or a food product. That is why, before every quote, we assess which process makes sense. That can be in-house execution, a full-service solution or bringing in a specialized partner company.
What matters is not forcing every project artificially into the same structure. What matters is that product, quantity, target price, packaging and requirements fit together cleanly.
Background
Our development
Avoria GmbH grew out of years of operational experience in filling and kitting.
Over many years, the company developed, filled, kitted, documented and sold its own products. This created a deep understanding of production processes, material procurement, packaging, quality assurance, customer requirements and economic minimum quantities.
We use this knowledge today for external B2B projects. We help companies classify products realistically, find suitable packaging and filling structures, and build projects cleanly through to sales-ready goods.
Own product practice
Experience in developing, filling, packaging, labeling and launching our own products.
B2B project business
Building structured processes for customer projects, private label inquiries and recurring filling runs.
Broader product areas
Assessment of various product groups such as oils, cosmetics, food, technical liquids, powders, sachets and tubes.
Flexible execution
A combination of our own experience, internal structure and suitable partner companies for specialized requirements.

Product areas
Which products we assess
We assess contract filling projects from various product areas. What matters is always product type, viscosity, packaging, quantity, target price, regulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
Not every product is automatically feasible. For food, cosmetics, animal feed, organic products, inhalation-related products or chemical-technical products, we always assess the requirements separately.
Quality & documentation
Quality, documentation
and requirements
Contract filling is not just filling a container. Product data, traceability, cleanliness, material suitability, packaging, batches, best-before dates, documentation and clear responsibilities are decisive.
Depending on the project, we check among other things:
- Specification & safety data sheet
- Certificates of analysis & raw material documentation
- Organic certificates (if relevant)
- Best-before & batch marking
- Material compatibility & packaging suitability
- Cleaning & hygiene requirements
- Retained samples & transport
- Regulatory classification

- Which certifications or evidence are relevant for a specific project is assessed in advance
- Where special requirements exist, a suitable partner company can also be brought in
- B2B only – no consumer business
Upfront clarification
What we clarify upfront
Not every inquiry can be quoted immediately. Before we name prices, the key parameters must be clear.
We clarify upfront:
The result is not an off-the-shelf standard quote, but a reliable assessment for the specific project.
Typical questions
Why companies
talk to us
Many customers come to us because they are not simply looking for a machine, but for a realistic assessment.
Typical questions are:
- From what quantity is my product economically viable?
- What is a realistic target price?
- Should I supply product and packaging myself?
- Can the packaging be procured?
- Is my product clearly classified legally?
- Which container shape is suitable for filling?
- Does a sample batch make sense?
- What does full service really cost?
- Can the project be scaled later?
Our goal is to clarify these questions early – before time and budget run in the wrong direction.
